Section 3: Client Obligations

• Materials: You are responsible for ensuring all distribution materials (flyers, leaflets) are provided to us by the agreed-upon deadline, in the specified quantity, and adhere to all relevant Australian laws regarding content (e.g., no misleading or offensive material).

• Payment: All campaign payments are due as per the agreed-upon invoice terms before the distribution date. Failure to make timely payments may result in the delay or cancellation of the campaign.

• Cancellation: If you cancel a campaign, any payment terms regarding cancellation fees specified in your formal quote will apply.

Section 4: Guarantees and Limitations of Liability

• Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee that our teams will execute the distribution within the agreed-upon zones and will provide GPS-verified proof of delivery attempts. We do not guarantee the distribution will reach every singleletterbox due to factors outside our control (e.g., “No Junk Mail” signs, locked gates, restricted access apartments).

• Limitation: Door Drop Flyers is not responsible for the effectiveness or commercial outcome of the distributed materials (e.g., response rates, sales). Our liability is limited to the cost of the distribution service itself, should a verifiable failure of delivery occur within our control.
